Errors looking up JMS destination

There are WARNINGs appear in the startup console when looking up for
destination.
For Mashup services, sample\system services, it warns 'Error looking up
destination with JNDI name'
For user created services it warns it 'Cannot find destination'
I've attached the log for further reference.
