TomatoTube and formulaFlicks both do some prefetching of content regularly,
regardless of whether the user has activated those services or not. Imagine
millions of Mashup Servers deployed - it would constitute a DoS attack on the
feeds that are called. Perhaps we could have the service activate on first use.
