The migration tool artifacts have been added to
https://wso2.org/repos/wso2/people/channa/migration/. It's packaged for ease of
use as 'MigrationTool.zip' and the source code is available in the import and
export sub-directories.
The migration guide has been updated with step-by-step instructions in the
trunk (svn 21833) but not been included in the main index. It has also been
added to the OT svn, and I will publish a forum post pointing to it once it's
published.
