Ran into this while preparing a demo - best as I can recall here's what
happened:
I navigated to the built-in ExcelSample, and selected "edit"
I clicked through the wizard, not changing any values. IIRC the operation name
field was not populated. After hitting save, the system choked up but
eventually I made it back to the home page, where it listed the ExcelSample as
faulty - but with me as the owner! Looks like it tried to save a new copy
under my name rather than back under the original "Samples" user. So two
things - why did it save a copy, and why didn't that copy work?
