Stub generation fails to identify xsd file

I get this exception:
<Exception>org.wso2.mashup.MashupFault: WSDLException (at
/definitions/types/xsd:schema): faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: An error occurred trying
to resolve schema referenced at 'LIFeLocationCodeService?xsd=LIFe.xsd'.:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: This file was not found:
file:/media/sda3/sandbox/wso2/wso2-mashup-server-1.5.1/LIFeLocationCodeService?xsd=LIFe.xsd
when I try to create a stub for this web service from the following url.
http://repository.icta.lk/LIFe/services/LIFeLocationCodeService?wsdl
Shouldnt the xsd file be automatically located?
It is available at http://repository.icta.lk/schemas/LIFe-2007-12-19.xsd
as mentioned in the wsdl.
However, I can generate a stub from the following URL as per the tutorial .
http://www.webservicex.net/CurrencyConvertor.asmx?WSDL
So I guess my installation is ok?
