Error when accessing the js services in HTTPEndpont mode

Steps to recreate:
------------------------
1. From https://localhost:9443/carbon/service-mgt access the 'Tryit' of a
sample service.
2. From the tryit window, change the endpoint to HTTPEndpoint (e.g.
http://10.100.1.220:9763/services/RESTSample.HTTPEndpoint)
3. Access an operation
Issue:
