Currently I have included all available tools in the Mashup Server
build. I don't see a need to ship all tools though. The available tools are,
* WSDL2Java
* Java2WSDL
* WSDLConverter
* Try It
* Service Validator
* Module Validator
We should definitely ship the tryit tool (Try external services), Should
we ship the WSDLConverter too? I don't see a need to ship the rest.
