Faulty Services (usability issues) - Actions column and the error notice

In the Service listing page for faulty services (Home > Manage > Service >
List > Faulty Service Group(s) );
1. There's a column titled as 'Actions' - What should come in there. Currenlty
it appears as empty.
2. The notice about the actual fault of the service appears in a new row, under
the service group cell. Can we bring this to the same row as the other service
related information. (to bring it up)
