At the moment anybody can delete the system Mashups.
e.g. The default admin user can delete a sample mashups
A user with only 'login' and 'upload services' privileges can delete a sample
mashup
What is the boundry line for deleting and editing mashups?
I remember in pre-carbon versions we had constraints on deleting and editing
mashups.
