After a faulty service is corrected it still appears in the faulty service list.

- Create a faulty service
- After its identified as a faulty service, open it in edit mode (from ui) and
correct it.
Issue:

After correcting the service it appear in the main service listing (this is
correct). But it also still appears in the faulty service list.
