Summary: 'Fetch URL to capture XPath expression' option in

1. From IS admin console access the 'scraping assistant'.
2. Select 'Fetch URL to capture XPath expression' from the 'scraping assistant'
menu.
Issue:

For this menu option, as i remember from the previous MS versions, it should
populate a browser with the given url launched. That doesn't happen now.
