Cannot create a new task

Steps:

1. From MS admin console, select to create a new task
2. Give org.wso2.carbon.javascript.hostobjects.system.FunctionExecutionTask as
the 'task implementation class'.
3. Give '1' to 'Count' and 'Interval'
Issue:

It doesn't create the task.
There is a warning in the console -
