Note that, if your application is to be hosted on Windows IIS (ever),
redirecting and setting a cookie doesn't work. Bug in IIS.
Consequently, we send a small page that uses javascript to set the
cookie and then navigate (document.cookie and document.location.url)

The Mason Book example (www.masonbook.com Chapter 8) uses a redirect
after login to set the cookie. That's one way of doing it.
You can also set the cookie but not populate a value in it until after
login. I just switched to doing that using
MasonX::Request::WithApacheSession.

hi!
whats the best way to make the cookie delivery not at startup (I have
it now in the handler an so it is delivered immediately)
but after a action (e.g a login).
I think about a global variable I set after the login and check it in
the handler
and make the cookie-bake if it is set.
Any better ideas? Is it a wise way to serve cookies only after login
or is it regardless?
