Hello, I don't know if this is the right group to post this question... (if it isn't please tell me) I'm using Apache 1 on Debian Sarge. I'd like my mason pages to run with the utf8 pragma, so that the uc( ) function transforms foreign alphabets too (not just the English one). I've tried to type 'use utf8;' in a <Perl> section in Apache's httpd.conf file, but that didn't do anything. I've even tried to type 'use utf8;' in the mason page just before the uc( ) function, and that still didn't do anything. What might be the problem and how do you think I could go about solving it?
