I would have to agree with Vimal. If you are doing dynamic code in
CSS, I would use:

<%flags>
inherit => undef
</%flags>
<%init>

$r->content_type('text/css');

</%init>

However, if your CSS files are purely static, they shouldn't be
handled by mason in the first place.
