I'm using Apache 1.3 and mod_perl and Mason seems to ignore whatever I put
in httpd.conf for MasonCompRoot and MasonDataDir. This was working on
another machine.
I put these two lines in my <VirtualHost> section:
PerlAddVar MasonCompRoot /var/www/mysitedir
PerlAddVar MasonDataDir /var/www/mysitedir
It continues to ignore these settings and uses /etc/apache-perl as the root.
