A change I made in Exception::Class 1.25 exposed a bug that's been in
Devel::StackTrace from 1.15 - 1.19.

The combo of E::C 1.25 and those versions of D::ST could end up holding
on to object references long after they should go out of scope. Since
Mason makes such heavy use of Exception::Class, Mason users are
particularly likely to be affected.

If you're using E::C 1.25, I'd strongly recommend installing D::ST 1.20.

I've also released E::C 1.26, which has no code changes, it simply depends
on D::ST 1.20.

Note that this bug also caused Mason test failures.
