Hi Greg, You're getting a file not found error from your web server, which means your actual HTML is not loading at all (you're just getting the 404 page). I can't see the point of handling your js files with Mason... unless there's perl in them.
My first guess would be there's something incorrect in your Mason config or your apache config, or that the app you're using (RT) does something odd with directory structure, either in .htaccess files or in your httpd.conf. From a HTML point of view, make sure your <script> tags have an interpreter label: <script type="text/javascript"> to make sure no other interpreter is trying to kick in on the server side. There don't appear to be any glaring errors in your code, so I would double-check your config. Remove the LocationMatch directive for a start, it has nothing to do with what you're trying to achieve.
