Just to be clear: THIS IS NOT A BROWSER CACHING ISSUE. The first time
I tried this in lynx, the "hello replaced page!" was already gone,
that's what I got anyway. Lynx had NEVER LOADED THAT PAGE. Furthermore,
from the lynx manual:

"When viewing HTML documents it is possible to retrieve and display the
unrendered (i.e., the original HTML) source of the document by pressing
the '\' (backslash) key. Lynx usually caches only the rendering of the
document and doesn't keep the source (unless it is configured to do so
in the lynx.cfg file), so to display the source unrendered, Lynx must
reload it from the server or disk."

>From my lynx.cfg:
SOURCE_CACHE:NONE

When I load the source, I still get "<p>hello replaced</p>". APACHE IS
SENDING THAT TO THE BROWSER.

Also: if I load the file using file:// (skipping the server), I get the
correct file. If I remove the file, I get file not found. If I
replace the file with something else, I get that. If I remove that, I
get file not found. If I replace that with the original file, I get
the original file. THE BROWSER IS NOT CACHING ANYTHING. **THE SERVER
IS.** And it refuses to load anything else!!!!!!!

I cannot replicate this behavior with any other page. I work with all
browser caches set to zero. All the time. This is NEVER A PROBLEM
FOR ME. If I remove any other page and load it, I get "file not found".
If I then replace it with a new page, I get that page I DO NOT GET THE
OLD PAGE.

THE ONLY PAGE IN THE SYSTEM TO WHICH THIS APPLIES IS THIS SINGLE PAGE.
THIS IS **NOT A BROWSER ISSUE** THIS IS A SERVER ISSUE.

Anyway, sorry for all the capitals, I just want to make that clear,
please do not try and tell me this is a browser caching issue, thanks.
