Even if I use <Directory /file/system/path/to/my/directory>, mason still
tries to compile the page

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, I have an autohandler
file in that directory as well.

Here's the contents
root@machine# less autohandler
<%flags>
inherit=>undef
</%flags>
% $m->call_next;

Any other thoughts?
