Actually, it turns out that my cable modem provider blocks ports
21 and 80 incoming (found this out after changing the ports for proftpd
and apache). Seems pointless, since anyone who wants to set up a server
on a cable modem would eventually find out how to change the port #'s for
their services anyway. Oh well. =)
