Are you loading the ip_masq_ftp module? This allows your client to use
"active" mode. "Passive" mode will not work when connecting to a server
behind a MASQ firewall. Therefore you need to use "active" mode (which is
usually the default anyway). Again make sure you're loading ip_masq_ftp.
