Do you have redundant connections to the ISP?
If not, running a dynamic routing protocol is
silly.

You wouldn't advertise this network anyway as it is
PRIVATE. You would only advertise your public addresses.

I doubt you could MASQ anything except maybe BGP. I doubt any
IGP be it RIP or OSPF can be NATed as they are their own protocol
and even run over multicast.
