This is a routing issue first, when you've got that set up correctly you
need to focus on the ipchains rules. I expect you've got three interfaces on
the 'firewall', one looking at the Internet and with an IP address within
63.231.43/26, another in the frame relay network with an IP address within
136.24.54/26 and one on the private network with an IP address inside the
172.16/12 range. What you need to do is set up these interfaces correctly at
boot and configure routing. I think you want a route to some subnets to go
to the frame relay cloud, maybe you need a route into the internal network
(depends on whether the entire network is directly attached to the
'firewall') and a default route pointing to your Internet router.
