Hi I am trying to use a linux box as a gateway for Windows machines.
The windows machines have real ip addresses. Basically I want the
Windows boxes to go through the linux box instead of the router. I have
enabled ip forwarding with little effect.
/var/log/messages reports: eth0 that address is already in use
All of the documentation details the use of ip masquerading, but this is
not really practical for my needs.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
dave
