RedHat has shipped a kernel that includes the VPN Masq patch with
RH7.0, and their rawhide kernels from shortly before RH7.0 shipped
also include it. Unfortunately a bug fix didn't make it in time for
inclusion, so you still need to patch the bugfix. The next errata
kernel will include the bugfix, I am told.

I believe Mandrake (7.0?) also includes VPN masq, with the same bug.

I don't know about any other distributions.

If you want to know, you can check the kernel symbols and modules as
described in the HOWTO, before you attempt to patch.
