Hello,
How do I give a user other than a super user privilege to activate ppp. As a
root I activate my ppp by this command: "ifup ppp0 "
I have run netcfg and under the "interface" I have edited it to allow any
user to (de)activate interface. I have also
changed USERCTL from no to yes in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ppp0
file. But both of these ways do not work for me. Do I have to chmod a file?
Any clues will be appreciated.

Thanks

Got
