/* HINT: Search archives @ http://www.indyramp.com/masq/ before posting! /* ALSO: Don't quote this header. It makes you look lame :-) */ Hello! I had a little problem, and I would know if it's possible to solve it throug IPMASQ. We had an internal private network connected to Internet through a leased line. We had a CISCO as router, and a Debian Linux 2.2 box doing ipchains firewalling. We use private RFC1918 address for our internal network, and all internal traffic is masqueraded by ipchains. We need, for some weeks, to give one of our internal machines a real public ip address, but we don't want to use another hub for it. So we think that maybe it's possible for the ipchains to know how masquerade this machine traffic to a fixed public ip address (back and forward)... I was reading some docs and sites, but I found anything. I'll really appreciate any answer or help, cheers Viena Obtenga su direccisn de correo-e gratis @yahoo.com en http://correo.espanol.yahoo.com _______________________________________________ Masq maillist - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Admin requests can be handled at http://www.indyramp.com/masq-list/ -- THIS INCLUDES UNSUBSCRIBING! or email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] PLEASE read the HOWTO and search the archives before posting.
