you can not do this with ipchains.
what you want is a mailing system on the MASQ box (i use qmail) with a
scanner (i use qmailscan), where you can limit the traffic.

then you tell your SMTP server, to send all outgoing mail to the MASQ
box, where it is scanned and goes out the the internet.
