I didn't have tcpdump so I downloaded and installed it (thanks, useful tool)
and on the inner interface I saw neither gre nor 1723/tcp traffic. Well, I
did see some gre traffic but it was all related to my masqueraded LAN which
I know is working fine. There was nothing related to the incoming
connection though. Any idea what this means?

If you need more info to help discover a problem (eg kernel configuration,
ipchains listings, other...) let me know and I will post or send them. I
was quite sure I had it set up right but maybe I still have a problem.

Thanks,

Darren
