I have gone over the document you mention thoroughly.  Unfortunately, my
logs show nothing Masq related.  I'll have to see if I can get info on the
IPSec server logs.

Also, is there anything in your logs on the Masq server indicating dropped
packets to or from the destination during this attempts?  If not, is there
anything log on the IPSEC server that may indicate a problem with client
connection (or vice versa)?
