Hello all,
I found the problem. The problem is with CUseeMe 5.0 with Windows Me.
I observed the packet and found the difference between the AutoDial and
Manual Dial. The difference was that in the AutoDial, the client does not
send the user id (user name) in the UDP/7648 packet. Whereas in the Manual
Dial, it does send the info.
I tried with Windows NT and it works with AutoDial.
Even though I didn't get any reply, I thought I should share this useful
information so that someone else trying out the same thing may take this
input.

I am trying to setup CUseeMe Masquerading on Linux.
I am using 2.2.14 kernel with ip_masq_cuseeme.c (o).
I have a Windows Me client with CUseeMe version 5.0.
I am facing a problem.
After I open the channels view, if I click on a channel name (link), it
starts the download-find address-contacting-connecting sequence. In this it
always stays in the "connecting" state.
The configuration I have used is as follows.

I tried tcpdump.
I could see the 7648 tcp packets being sent and being replied.
I could also see the 7648 udp packets. BUT THERE WAS NO REPLY FOR THESE
PACKETS.
Can anyone please help me to find out what is the problem?
One more strange thing. If I not down the server dns name from the above
transaction and try the manual dial, it just works fine without any problem.
I saw the udp 7648 packets being replied too.
Hope the people in the list have understood the problem.
