IIRC, RH 7.0's default 2.2.x kernel needs patches applied to it to properly
handle VPN masq'ing. However, the 2.4.x kernels do not have this problem.
I would suggest upgrading the kernel to one of the 2.4.x series (the RH 7.1
kernel comes to mind as a very easy, all rpm, route).
