/* HINT: Search archives @ http://www.indyramp.com/masq/ before posting! /* ALSO: Don't quote this header. It makes you look lame :-) */ Moderately experienced Linux fella with masq question. I want to use a linux firewall to separate two RFC 1918 private networks: 10.0.0.0 ---- Linux Firewall/NAT ----- 192.168.1.0 I install Linux, both NIC's activate, can ping them, use the 192.168.1.0 side to access Internet - no problems. Configure a new kernel, with iptables, NAT and IP routing, compile goes well, no errors. ip_dynaddr and ip_forward are present, iptables test to 1, everything looks fine, but neither NIC activates. What am I doing wrong?
