this can be done with the iproute2 package.
have a look at fwup.org. it can do a similar thing.
when implementing "alias port forwarding", it forwards
incoming connections to an alias onto an internal host
and makes sure that the outgoing replies have that same
alias address as their source (rather than the primary
address). the code there may not help if you aren't
actually doing any port forwarding but it might.
and if not, it's a good starting place to work out the
ip commands that you'll need.
