Hello,

I am fresh stick when it comes to MASQ and Linux. I used the MASQ howto to setup my
firewall and all that jazz and everything is wokring great and the way I want it to
(even port forwarding which I am proud of, I know that isn't a big deal but I don't
know much so it was good for me). I am trying to get ICQ and MSN working with
FileTrading. I can get the regular chat to work but that is all...whenever I try to do
file sharing it comes up saying Cannot establish a direct connection. I have read all
the material that I have found thus far but it all says get the moduale for 2.2.x but
I have 2.4.x kernal and thus no modual. I would deperatly like to get both of these
working right. Please any help would be great. I am running Mandrake Linux version 9
beta 3 and my client machines are two WinXP and one Win98. Anyhelp on this would be
great.

I am also trying to setup a Telnest server on the Linux box and any info on that would
be great, but the MASQ with ICQ and MSN is my biggest concern. Thanks again

BJ Morden
