[Masq] Using IPTABLES to block an internal IP from going to a URL

Hi IPMASQ gurus

I am trying to figure out where I can find examples of who to configure my stronger rule sets so that I can prevent an IP address which is behind the firewall from getting to a URL?

Any assistance, examples greatly appreciated.
