I'm trying to set up ip masq with ip aliasing. I can use the internet
freely and connect to hosts on the internal network on the gateway
computer. I can connect to hosts on the internal network from machines
on the internal network including the gateway. I can also ping the
internet ip of the gateway computer. I cannot ping or connect to any
other hosts (IPs) on the internet.

I am using kernel 2.4.20
I am using the simple rc.firewall.
I have tried using both "eth0:0" and "192.168.1.1" as the internal
interface in the iptables arguments, both give the same result.

Does anybody have any idea what i might be missing?
