Hi! I've just tried to get the strong firewall script to work bbut unfortunately it gives an error while it tries to get my external ip. The error is as follows : --- ./rc.firewall-2.4-stronger: line 145: );print a[1];exit}': command not found External IP: --- The thing is that when i run the same command that is in line 144 and 145 on my console it runs perfectly and gives me my external ip. I doublechecked the paths at the beginning of the scripts and they are ok. I ran through all the problem solutions in the howto but still i keep getting this error. So hopefully someone of you can help me out. Just for the record i'm trying this on a system with Fedora Core 1 and kernel 2.4.22-1.2115.nptl Regards, Rutger Frantzen _______________________________________________ Masq maillist - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Admin requests can be handled at http://www.indyramp.com/masq-list/ -- THIS INCLUDES UNSUBSCRIBING! or email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] PLEASE read the HOWTO and search the archives before posting.
