This is because you have dual NICs on the NT server. NT can
be made to work in this environment but its a SERIOUS pain.
You'll have to mess around with the NIC's binding order
in the Network control panel, etc. Personally, I'd recommend
to pull that second NIC out of the NT box.

This is true though we all try to help. If you need more help,
I'd recommend to try some other email lists, news servers, etc
since most of us here are anti-NT peoples.
