Absolutely true. Because of this, the user would be just better off
upgrading to a modern Linux distro that has all of this support
done for you.
Why Redhat doesn't come configure with Shadow passwords blows me
away but enabling it is CAKE "ie. run "pwconv" and thats IT!"
