What is this "PhonePatch"? With NetMeeting, are you actually IPORTFWing
ports 1024-65535?

First, check that /tmp/linux exists and that it isn't an acutal
mount point for something eles. Next, make sure that you
have the "exports" file on the Windows machine configured
correctly. Lastly, make sure you have rpc.portmapper and
rpc.mountd running on the Linux box.

When you installed this second NIC, did the NEW NIC become ETH0
and the old NIC became ETH1?

Well, with this routing table, you shouldn't be able to get to
the Internet. I don't see a gateway address.
