We are using Phonepatch in my linux gateway for our LAN .  It is a H.323
Server for several applications such as MS Netmeeting, Vocaltec Iphone and
Intel Iphone which use H.323 protocol.  The problem with it is that you
cannot use text chat and whiteboard.  Also, everytime you want to talk to
the other side you need to open up a web page from this server and ask the
server to initiate the connection on both side.  Plus it is not free.
