It comes with all Linux kernels.

Build your kernel as normal:
make config (enable all the masq features)
make dep
make clean
make bzImage
Make all the modules (this includes all the MASQ modules):
make modules
make modules_install
Update lilo (your your favorite bootloader) to use the new
kernel and reboot.
