Hmmm... without being there and testing it myself, it really isn't
an obvious thing.  Its either a configuration problem or IP MASQ
isn't compatible with Quicken.

One last thing.. what EXACTLY are you doing in Quicken?  I run
Quicken too and I can see if I can observe the same problem at
my house.
