I never tried redir. I ended up pulling down ipportfw.c (the command file
that you have to compile to create rules and set up the port forwarding, and
the source code patch for kernel 2.0.33. It's working great. I belive redir
will only do tcp packets and I wanted the ability to use UDP as well. I'd
suggest ipportfw because I know it works and I know it works well.
