Make sure your that your current kernel is linked to the appropriate modules
directory.
# cd /lib/modules ; ls -l
If you are running 2.0.34, the output should look like:
2.0.34 --> /lib/modules/2.0.34-0.6   (The real directory "2.0.34" is soft linked to
"2.0.34-0.6")
