Hirendra,

VPNs really have nothing to do with IP MASQ.  Because of this, 
we can't help you.  Contact the VPN patch author (in the MASQ HOWTO) 
for ideas.

The 2.0.37 kernel is a PRE-release kernel and thus won't be available
in the normal channels.  You might find it on www.linuxhq.com though.
