What you're describing is the attempt to use the same physical network
to carry traffic for two differently-numbered subnets. While this is
not impossible, it requires much more thought and configuration know-how
to get it working. Good luck. :)

Some particular details about your setup will be needed. For instance,
most masqueraders forward ONLY masq-traffic, not masqed-addreses and
real-addresses at the same time. Your forwarding ruleset will need to
cover BOTH cases, and react accordingly.
Your route table will similarly require great care, probably containing
multiple entries for the differently-numbered subnets.
