You mean you can tell the difference between IP Masq and NAT? I can't. :)
Your situation above can work just fine, though you are probably relying
heavily on your default route to get your traffic routed. If you can
instead come up with a very loose routing rule (for instance, all
traffic destined for 15.* goes to the corporate WAN), then you could
have the box route both to the Internet and the WAN.
It is also somewhat likely that your box would be considered a security
risk, since someone could conceivably compromise your Linux box and then
proceed into the corporate network...
